Really good Stay Experience

The hotel grounds are expansive. The spa facilities offered both an indoor and outdoor pool, alongside heated loungers. Dinner at Moreish restaurant included complimentary dessert. The host was lovely. I found the Christmas decorations throughout created a warm and festive atmosphere.
Housekeeping left a dust cloth on my clothes and staff had body odor. This detracted from the otherwise pristine nature of the hotel, which i found unfortunate

I enjoyed dishes in Moreish, all perfectly presented with amazing flavours. Orchid tea room is a beautiful setting. The restaurant is great. Breakfast offers diverse selections including specialty items made to order.

the staff were attentive. this attention to detail continued throughout my stay. the hotel is spotlessly clean. little details like an really good turndown service included water by your bed. i will definitely be back.

the gym seemed adequately equipped.
The walls in the corridors were marked up. A real eyesore. the breakfast service was seriously slow. i asked multiple times for a coffee and waited ages.
